Congratulations to our January STARs!
Tracy Rausch, January STAR Employee of the Month
On January 24, Tracy Rausch (Radiology) was named the STAR Employee of the Month. A colleague nominated Tracy, writing: “Recently, I was on call for anesthesia and saw Tracy ‘go above and beyond’ her duties to help OR staff prepare for surgical cases. She took the initiative to assist the surgeons and OR nurses – In fact, one of the surgeons almost mistook Tracy for an OR nurse because of her willingness and ability to help in the room. Overall, Tracy was a tremendous help during that busy Sunday in the OR, and she should be commended for her dedication and work.”

Catch a Rising Star!
At the STAR Program on January 24, Cora Henning (ICU) was announced as the winner of the January Catch a Rising STAR raffle. Cora was caught in the act of “demonstrating great teamwork during a very busy shift.”
