SCH employees: Get your flu vaccinations this week
SCH COO Anthony Guaccio receives his flu shot from Gregg Gonzaga (Infection Control).
All physicians, employees, volunteers, and Covenant staff are eligible to receive the influenza vaccination.
Come to the Planetree Room on AP5 (Room 544) on either:
Tuesday, October 18, 2011 from 7:30 a.m. through 5 p.m.
or
Wednesday, October 19, 2011 from 7:30 a.m. through 5 p.m.
After those two days, vaccine will be available in the Employee Health Office (AP5) as long as supplies last.
